Each year, the Real Estate Almanac's Swanepoel Power 200 Rankings recognize leading real estate executives making a positive impact on the industry as a whole. The organization develops the list following an in-depth review process that objectively evaluates each executive based on specific benchmarks of criteria.

Brown Harris Stevens CEO Bess Freedman was once again named to 2024 rankings, coming in at #43 out of 200. She was also named among the Almanac's Top 10 Women in the U.S

Additionally, Freedman's work was recognized by Inman, who listed her among its 2024 Power Players in Real Estate. The list spotlights leading industry executives and founders who have positively shaped the future of the residential real estate industry.
