Phenomenal sun, space, views, and a cross ventilation of fresh air are what you can expect in this sunny double corner, 27th floor loft home. Take note of the excellent layout and flow of the three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Step into the long gallery, and continue to the foyer-rotunda, leading into the massive (54' 7" X 18' 6") living area, which is perfect for entertaining and includes a separate walk-in pantry and wet bar. Enjoy eastern, western, and southern exposures, with pleasant city and Hudson and East River views - notice the gargoyle outside your window. There are gorgeous hardwood and marble floors, 19 oversized windows, 12 closets, and very high ceilings through out. The centrally located double entry kitchen has newer appliances, including gas for cooking. Conveniences in this home are two huge cedar lined closets by the front entry and in the en-suite master bedroom, a walk-in laundry center, and central air conditioning. At street level, a side valet entrance makes for easy deliveries. Maintenance includes, water, gas, heat, 24-hr. doormen, porters, and live-in superintendent. Welcome home to Liberty Tower, a pet friendly and full service cooperative.

THE BUILDING

As the former headquarters of the Sinclair Oil and Refining Corporation, Liberty Tower (circa 1909) was once the tallest tower, until the Woolworth building (circa 1913). Converted by renowned architect Joseph Pell Lombardi in 1980, this was one of the first co-ops in Manhattan's world famous Financial District neighborhood. The 380 foot high building was designed in modified Gothic style, adorned with carved stone eagles perched thereon.
