Producer’s Council 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013 - Harlem Office

Since coming to Morningside Heights to study in the joint program of Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary, Ariela Heilman has made the Upper West Side her business. In quick succession, stints followed in theatre subscription sales at Circle in the Square, Educational Relations at the CBS Television Network, Researcher at Teleprompter Cable Television and neighborhood advertising sales for TV Shopper Magazine.

With marriage and motherhood came volunteering in West Side Little League, West Side Soccer, St. Luke's/Roosevelt Crime Victims Services, Tenant Association and Co-op Board membership, PTA member at the Delta Program on 107th and Columbus, Wagner Jr. High School, Stuyvesant High School and Bronx High School of Science. As a founding mother of the Anderson Program at P.S. 9 in 1986, Ariela got involved with Community School District 3 on the Upper West Side, serving as School Board liaison for 10 years and managing two successful School Board election campaigns.

Ariela is an active member of Ansche Chesed Synagogue on 100th Street and is involved with the work of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, an international human rights organization. Married to longtime CBS executive Ray Faiola, they are the proud parents of a son who is a music producer and a daughter who, after graduating the School of Art Institute of Chicago, started her own jewelry line.

After 13 years as a residential broker, specializing in co-op and condo sales in Morningside Heights and the Upper West Side, Ariela opened her own company on July 4, 2004, building on a strong, loyal customer referral network. Seizing upon opportunities provided by the building of the new Yankee Stadium, Ariela’s company expanded their focus to include the Bronx and she continues to succeed in brokering both sales and rentals in this up-and-coming area.

“Dear Deb and Ariela, I can’t thank you enough for all the work you have put in on this project. You have been therapists and cheerleaders, project managers, and...realtors! There is no way I could have managed this without the two of you on my side. This is the one area in this entire process of taking care of my aunt that I feel 100% confident about – that I found the right people for this huge job. So please let me treat you to some food as you continue on this journey with me.” - Stephanie
"I would highly recommend working with you or Deb to anyone interested in buying, selling, or renting! Again, thanks Ariela, to you and all your staff at Halstead." – Paul R.

Expertise has no better personification than in Ariela Heilman and Deborah Miller. They are consistently strong producers, month after month, earning recognition and accolades for their dominance in Upper Manhattan. Beyond their deep and extensive knowledge and experience, they are lovely and cutting edge in every sense with robust branding and market presence that they’ve seamlessly adapted and utilized to attain their success. These are truly among our finest agents, and I could not be more thrilled to make this introduction. – Justin P.
