I have been involved in New York Real Estate for over 30 years either as a tenant, net lease tenant, landlord, home owner or investor. NY Real Estate has provided endless facets and opportunities for me to grow personally and financially.

I came to NYC in 1984. I quickly learned that real estate in NY operates under the principal of supply and demand. With little money to invest, I still found a way to live comfortably in Tribeca and to eventually buy my own multi-family house here in Carroll Gardens, where I have been for 22 years. These years I have been a landlord have given me a deep respect for real estate. Buildings are never just buildings. They are homes or businesses, that house dreams. They represent safety and security.
I was drawn to real estate as a child, my parents moved often and we often designed our next home ourselves. With my love of building things, I became a sculptor, earning my MFA from Hunter College. Later, I entered the wine industry, eventually becoming the Regional Sales Manager for a large spirits company. But always, Real Estate has been a silent partner in my financial growth.
The years I spent in the wine industry allowed me to see sales as a tool to help people achieve their dreams. Listening to people’s thoughts, sharing ideas and working hand in hand with customers to build an idea into a reality is one of the most satisfying experiences I have had. Becoming a licensed real estate salesperson allows me to finally combine my two worlds: sales and real estate. My desire is to help in people’s real estate journey. Whether it be in finding a home to rent or buy or investing in commercial or residential real estate, my hope is to help smooth the road.
