Charles "Charlie" Irwin brings strong experience as a high end residential real estate specialist across several prestigious East Coast markets. Mr. Irwin has been the choice of executors and institutions due to his extra level of fiduciary experience in addition to his unparalleled ability to offer high end marketing unique to the marketplace. Licensed with Christie’s International Real Estate affiliates in both Pennsylvania (Long & Foster) and New York (Brown Harris Stevens), and always a top producer, Mr. Irwin has listed and sold many top properties. Most significantly, he listed and sold "Doe Run", the 200 acre estate and gardens of Sir John Thouron. This transaction is still one of the highest-priced residential sales for the Philadelphia region in recent years.

Before becoming a licensed associate broker with Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, LLC., Mr. Irwin was a director with Brown Harris Stevens Residential Management, LLC. Prior, he served as Vice President and Director of Property Management at Zeckendorf Realty, L.P. During this time, he worked with developers and individuals almost exclusively in the highest end of residential sales. He has supervised projects for exacting clients like Goldman Sachs and Sumitomo Bank as well as numerous high net worth individuals. Mr. Irwin’s responsibilities included supervising training for a joint venture in asset management in China. Charlie Irwin offers a unique perspective to his clients because he has extensive experience working in and around real estate for over twenty years.

Outside of sales, Mr. Irwin's diverse experience has included the overseeing of numerous major repairs and capital projects, both exterior and mechanical. In the course of his duties he has handled mortgage refinancing packages, insurance requirements and short-term financing. He has extensive experience in managing, upgrading and improving the value of assets. He knows that what a person buys is not necessarily what they will end up with. Value can be added through construction and renovation.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Mr. Irwin and his family divide their time between Bryn Mawr on Philadelphia's Main Line and Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Mr. Irwin attended Franklin College in Switzerland and received bachelor's and master's degrees in Art History and Business from New York University. He has pursued a lifelong interest in fine arts, particularly fine art prints. In his leisure time he enjoys playing squash, tennis and golf.
