2. Planning and Strategy: She Implements a specific marketing plan designed to sell your home. This includes successfully marketing your home via multiple channels and communicating throughout the listing, sales, and closing process.

3. Education and Guidance: Fanny provides a learning-centered plan for homebuyers. This plan includes outlining the complex steps involved in your purchase—such as the loan qualifying process—defining expectations, market/submarket research, review of the terms and requirements of the purchase agreement, the board application and approval process, deciding upon buyer-requested repairs, and reviewing closing documents.

4. Negotiation: She is mindful and negotiates aggressively on your behalf to get you the highest sales price and most beneficial terms. Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Fanny had over 10 years of institutional real estate and financial services experience, having held positions at Mizuho Securities, New York Life Real Estate Investors, and Goldman Sachs. During Fanny's tenure at those firms, she worked on both the private equity and REITs sides of the business and was involved in a variety of roles including capital raising/marketing, acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management.

Fanny earned an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She and her husband currently live on Roosevelt Island/Manhattan, and when she is not transacting in real estate, Fanny enjoys photography and traveling to national parks.
