Jeri is a New Yorker, born-and-bred in the city, including her schooling, straight up through her Master's in English from Columbia University. Jeri taught English at a private high school in Queens, and she worked as a women's shoe buyer in Brooklyn before that. Her knowledge of the five boroughs is organic. Having raised three children in Park Slope, Brooklyn, Jeri can name all the kids' epic playgrounds, the pet-friendly restaurant patios, and the farmers markets and food-truck stops that get raves. Give her a townhouse to market in Harlem, a co-op in Astoria, or a 1-family in her old hometown of Woodhaven: she just gets it. Also, the North Shore of Long Island has been a beloved family outpost. Children Genna, Patrick, and Liam all hailed from the Cold Spring Harbor school district. Just recently, Jeri and Rod purchased a home in Connecticut, where she has effected BHS home-buyer referrals.
