Well-versed in all facets of real estate—including land, townhouses, the sale and rental of co-ops, condominiums, and commercial leases—Gus expertly guides his team and clients no matter the type of transaction. He also has extensive experience coordinating all aspects of the process, from pricing and marketing to financing and board approval. As a result, he is able to seamlessly help his clients navigate each step of their transaction.
Passionate about his community, Gus is active in volunteering with and donating to several organizations. These include: the Chamber of Commerce of Washington Heights and Inwood, The Fort Tryon Trust, Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance, New York Scandia Symphony, The Paterno Trivium Ltd, Beth Am, Hebrew Tabernacle, Harvest Festival, Medieval Festival at Fort Tryon Park, P.S./I.S. 187, JCC of Washington Heights, and Amistad School.
In his spare time, Gus has a hobby of restoring turn-of-the-century townhouses, envisioning the potential of the space, designing, and restoring rather than renovating them. He also spends his free time biking—specifically through trails in Upper Manhattan and up and down the West Side Highway trail—as well as going to the beach, swimming, and dancing. He is also an avid golfer chasing the illusive score of under 80.
