She is further known for her precision board package preparation that has gotten buyers approved in an incredible eight days by major co-op boards, and for her ingenious marketing strategies that have commanded unprecedented prices for sellers.

Kathy is fluent in French, and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Wheaton College. She joined Brown Harris Stevens in 1986 and is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York. Residing on Central Park, Kathy makes extensive use of the park for recreational activities. Plus she maintains a home in Beaverkill Valley in the Catskills, a project she helped create with Larry Rockefeller, its founder. Kathy is a trustee of The Roosevelt Library in Hyde Park, New York, and was integral in the creation of the Louis Kahn FDR Memorial in Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island.
