As a former financial executive, Kleon understands how complicated and personal a real estate decision can be, and is adept at dealing with the most complex situations. As a former civil/structural engineer, he has an in-depth understanding of buildings and real estate that enables him to quickly assess any property situation and do a risk evaluation on behalf of his clients.
Kleon has traveled extensively around the world and has lived in New York, London, New Jersey, and South Africa. He is an easygoing people person whose understanding of cultures and customs ensures that those he works with are comfortable and understood. His domestic and international experience also provides him with the tools necessary to help both locals and foreign nationals make educated real estate decisions in the New York metropolitan area and New Jersey.
Kleon spent most of his financial career with the same firm, enabling him to reach the highest levels in the corporate world. His past positions include leadership roles in listed and private equity-held companies. He was also a partner at one of the prestigious Big Four accounting firms. Kleon has an undergraduate B.S. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
Kleon is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both New York and New Jersey. He is an avid fan of world football (soccer), especially English Premier League and enjoys playing and watching golf.
