Madeleine Ilana Pendleton brings a fresh and innovative perspective to Brown Harris Stevens. A native New Yorker and third-generation real estate agent, she was born and raised in the heart of Greenwich Village. Since she was a child, Madeleine has immersed herself in New York City and all it has to offer, which is why she is passionate about showcasing its various neighborhoods to the market.
Madeleine is an expert in lower Manhattan, but she is also well-versed in neighborhoods throughout New York City—from Brooklyn’s Park Slope to Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Madeleine is a graduate of Quinnipac University, where she obtained a degree in psychology. She also attended Berkeley Carroll, a private college preparatory school in Park Slope. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
