Paul grew up in a Residential Hotel family that were known for their stellar hospitality and reputation to all people. These were the formative years where he learned the ropes of real estate. After a lengthy career in banking and on Wall Street, he came "home" to real estate specializing in retail, commercial and some residential. Over the last 10 years he has worked for several firms he developed extensive experience in Midtown, Westside and Northern Manhattan leasing more than 100 retail/commercial spaces along with over 60 residential properties. Paul's ability to see the humanity in all things and communicate effectively makes him a true asset to Brown Harris Stevens. He truly believes that every client deserves to arrive in a space they feel is perfect for them. He has the best jokes, knows a little about a lot and just is eager to continue learning from everyone around him. Connecting people is what he does effortlessly. Paul currently resides on the Upper Westside of Manhattan. He is now thrilled to join the BHS Renowned Commercial Team under the leadership of John Goldman.
