Following an early career in radio, Tom was recruited by Hearst, ABC, and Viacom to become the first President and CEO of Lifetime Television, a cable network joint venture owned by those three media companies. He spent the next decade building Lifetime into a highly profitable and valuable enterprise that is today one of television’s most recognized brands. Scratching an entrepreneurial itch, Tom acquired an ownership interest in Petry Media, serving as its CEO. Tom was also influential in the creation of 24/7 Real Media, a prominent digital advertising services company. Over several decades Tom has displayed a talent for anticipating trends and unlocking value for shareholders which serves him well for the needs of real estate clients.
Tom is a native New Yorker and has lived in cooperative apartments on the Upper East Side for the past 20 years, developing a deep knowledge of that neighborhood and the requisites of good citizenship in a cooperative building. He is a past Treasurer of a cooperative Board of Directors and with the benefit of a number of transactions involving cooperative apartments, Tom is well equipped to provide expert guidance in both the negotiation and application process.
Tom is known to be meticulous in all that he pursues and for the high energy and integrity that have been hallmarks of his professional life. He embodies a formidable array of business skills and has translated that to successful real estate experience on behalf of clients.
