The Senior Vice President of Marketing for BHSDM, Hunter has directed successful marketing campaigns for more than 100 luxury residential developments from acclaimed local and global developers.
Hunter gets involved at the earliest stages to define project frameworks and assess market expectations. He helps developers deliver unique properties by assembling and managing acclaimed architects, forward-thinking interior designers and amenity co-brands that appeal to each project's demographic based on economic, market and consumer research. He then leads creative and branding, concepts the vision for sales environments, and oversees strategy and implementation of marketing efforts, maintaining top-of-mind awareness with consumers, brokers, and press throughout the project life cycle.
Under Hunter's watch, creativity is paramount. He is on-the-pulse of architecture, design and luxury trends. His keen eye and early adaptor mentality mean BHSDM clients are often first-to-market with innovative and highly relevant marketing initiatives showcased through digital, media and sales executions.
A graduate of the George Washington University, Hunter launched his career in Washington, DC working with regional and national homebuilders. Hunter currently resides in the West Village and East Hampton with his partner and miniature dachshund, Huey.
