Kimberly Barkoff

Kimberly Barkoff, CRP, GDS, is the Executive Director of Referral and Relocation Services for Brown Harris Stevens Real Estate, overseeing the division companywide.

Kimberly began her relocation career at Halstead Real Estate in 2003, assisting with global relocations and referral introductions. With more than 30 years of experience in New York City real estate—including property investment and management—she brings deep expertise and a personalized approach to every client connection.

She has served as Chairperson of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Relocation Advisory Council and is a member of the Relocation Directors Council, Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, and the NY Metro Group. In addition, Kimberly has served as Vice President on her Manhattan co-op board for over two decades and is a proud member of the Union Square Neighborhood Partnership.

A true New Yorker, Kimberly resides in the vibrant and eclectic Union Square neighborhood.
