Alex Weider

As a Park Slope native, Alex Weider comes to Real Estate at Brown Harris Stevens after a career in Arts Education and he brings a single-minded focus in helping clients navigate the world of NYC real estate. Working closely with veteran BHS broker Rosalie Weider to insure that each client receives customized attention during the buying and selling process, Alex personally involves himself in the journey from listing to closing. Whether it is helping a client move items to prepare for staging a house, accompanying clients to various NYC locales in search of a new home, preparing up-to-the-minute reports using BHS technology, or designing innovative marketing campaigns to maximize market exposure, Alex strives for a customized and curated real estate experience for each individual client. Throughout each transaction, Alex is committed to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, salesmanship, and client-focused service.



Alex is a member of Bike New York, Transportation Alternatives, Brooklyn Museum, and the Prospect Park / Park Slope Armory YMCA. He is a graduate of Binghamton University (SUNY) and The City College of New York (CUNY), and holds a Masters degree in Educational Theater. When not working on Real Estate, Alex can be found biking around NYC, playing Racquetball, or walking his dog Ralph (Instagram: @ralphiemorkie). Alex lives with his wife and daughter in Center Park Slope.
