Ashley Devore brings a dynamic, people-first approach to her role as Head of Operations for the Amy Herman Team at Brown Harris Stevens. Entering the real estate industry in December 2025 and backed by a strong support system, from both her family’s background in real estate and her team at BHS, Ashley approaches each day with enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate meaningful life decisions.

Prior to real estate, Ashley built a successful career in corporate and private events, specializing in large-scale weddings in Charleston before continuing her work in New York City and New Jersey. This experience honed her ability to manage complex logistics, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through high-pressure, detail-driven processes with ease. Her background translates seamlessly into real estate, where she brings a steady hand, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every transaction—ensuring that even the most challenging moments are handled with professionalism and care.

Now based on the Upper East Side, Ashley is deeply immersed in New York City life, with strong ties spanning neighborhoods from Gramercy to the Lower East Side. Known for being trustworthy, resilient, and dependable, she prides herself on her ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver a seamless experience for clients. Outside of work, Ashley embraces everything the city has to offer: exploring new restaurants and cocktail bars, attending Broadway shows, taking long walks with friends, and continually seeking out new experiences.
