Meet Ashley Lickle

Ashley joined BHS in 2018 after 5 successful years as an agent in Darien, CT with our sister company Halstead Real Estate. There she received sales recognition awards after only 2 years at work and was consistently a top producer.

Palm Beach has been Ashley’s second home for 50+ years. She was born & raised in Wilmington, Delaware, but her family had a home here since 1970. She and her husband Pierce were married 38 years ago at Bethesda-By-the-Sea.

Ashley’s career in real estate has been successful due to her “fresh approach” to the business and clients know they can trust her. With a 20-year background in marketing and promotion, she applies a new creative approach for buyers and sellers that works. It includes extensive digital & print advertising, social media, special events, PR and collaborations with vendors and publications for additional exposure. Ashley is sincere about wanting to share her enthusiasm and knowledge of real estate and the local markets, and to connect customers with their ideal home. When selling your home, she will treat it like it’s her own and represent you in the most professional manner. Ashley takes real estate seriously and is committed to getting the very best results for her clients. She knows that whether purchasing a home or selling your home, this may be the most significant financial transaction in your life. Her goal is a happy customer and a lifelong connection.

Ashley attended Tower Hill School in Wilmington, DE, The Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, CT, University of Virginia (BA), and Boston University (BS in Broadcasting). She worked as a Producer of television commercials in Boston before moving to New York City to work at CBS Sports. Her career went on to Marketing/Promotion at Philip Morris USA in New York City where she won the President’s Award. In her past roles, her supervisors have described her as “smart”, “honest” and “hard-working”. Her Halstead supervisor recently called her “a rock star.” In 2022, she was awarded “Top Residential Sale” at Brown Harris Stevens of Palm beach.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys playing tennis, Orange Theory Fitness, Pilates, bike riding and being with friends and family. Occasionally she likes to get back on and ride a horse as it’s been a while since she was a successful junior hunter & equitation rider. In addition, she loves to go to the movies, travel and try new restaurants!
