With a background in accounting and finance, Barry built a strong foundation in banking and brokerage before joining his family’s firm, Aaron Fleck & Associates, where he worked closely with high-net-worth clients. That experience gave him a deep respect for discretion, patience, and honesty—qualities that continue to guide his work today.

It was only natural that Barry’s passion for people and properties led him into real estate. With a presence in both New York City and the Hamptons, he combines financial expertise with a calm, straightforward approach that helps clients feel confident at every step.
