Belkis Tappan

Belkis Tappan is dedicated to representing her clients whether buying, selling, or renting with honesty, commitment, and care. Her goal is to guide clients through every step of the process and help them successfully achieve their real estate goals, whether that means finding the perfect home or maximizing the value of their property.

Before transitioning into real estate, Belkis spent 16 years as a managing agent for multiple large apartment buildings. During that time, she earned the trust of her company by helping manage complex operations and diverse resident needs. This experience taught her how to navigate challenges, communicate effectively, and handle a wide range of personalities and situations—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Belkis believes that listening is the foundation of great service. Every client and every situation is unique, and she takes the time to understand each client's needs so they can work toward the best possible outcome together.

Both her personal and professional experiences have shaped who she is today. She prides herself on being approachable, nonjudgmental, and genuinely interested in understanding people. She values open communication and believes in seeing all sides of a situation to build trust and strong relationships.

Outside of work, Belkis enjoys going for walks and spending quality time with her family, who are her greatest inspiration. She is also proud to serve as a Co-Chair for her local Boy Scouts troop, where she supports community involvement and youth development. She continues to volunteer at her teens’ school and brings that same sense of community and dedication into her work every day.
