Chana Gutreiman brings a rich tapestry of experiences spanning countries and industries, delivering unique expertise and dedication to the real estate market. Having grown up in Latin America, Chana’s journey has been marked by a deep commitment to service, education, and a profound understanding of cultural nuances.
Chana received a Sociology Degree from Bloomfield College in New Jersey then moved back to Latin America where she taught college English. She then pursued a career with International non-government organizations, including a 15-year tenure at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Before relocating to New York, Chana spent 12 years as a real estate agent at one of Costa Rica’s largest firms.
All of these roles not only sharpened Chana’s problem-solving abilities, but also deepened her empathy and understanding of diverse human experiences, which she consistently applies to better understanding her clients’ needs and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
Chana is a published author who enjoys brisk walks and diving into a good book. She is fluent in Spanish, English and Yiddish, with a working knowledge of French.
