Chris Hragyil

Chris started his real estate career in 2014 and has helped hundreds of clients throughout New York City assisting and supporting first time buyers, sellers and renters find their perfect home whether a co-op, a condominium, or a townhouse.







He is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he completed his B.A. He is honest, hardworking, personable and outgoing. His love for others stemmed from a rural upbringing on a farm in Middle America. This love of people morphed into a decade long career as a social worker.






Today, as a real estate sales agent, Chris understands how stressful the process can be for buyers and sellers, and Chris succeeds by ensuring their experience turns into one that is as relaxed and enjoyable as it should be. Whether a client needs assistance with a rental or a sale of a condo, co-op or townhouse, he acts with a sense of urgency in his responsiveness to his clients.
