Meet Daniela

Passionate, hardworking, organized, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to her clients, Daniela grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and relocated to Connecticut in 1991.

She ultimately settled in Fairfield County where she joined the hospitality industry as Operations Manager with Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Recognizing great opportunities when they presented themselves, Daniela followed her career to Key West, New Orleans, Dallas, and the DC Metro area. Throughout these moves she and her husband worked with numerous brokers and agents as they sought to buy and sell their homes, and these interactions have given her a keen understanding of what is needed to make the relationships between a realtor and her clients a success.

Daniela knows firsthand that buying or selling a home can be the biggest investment a client will make and that relocating towns and states—whether for a job or otherwise—can be very stressful. Having worked with numerous agents over the years, she knows that it is key to have someone who is trustworthy, dedicated, knowledgeable, proactive, and responsive to their clients’ needs, and she is resolved to being that kind of agent.

After 14 years in the hospitality industry, where Daniela rose to Senior Sales Manager with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, she joined ConferenceDirect—a meeting and event management firm—as a Global Account Executive, in 2007. In this role Daniela negotiated contracts between hotels and her clients to ensure that her clients’ legal and logistical interests were met in the most efficient manner. She is an expert when it comes to negotiating on behalf of her clients, fighting hard for their interests and making sure that all “i’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed. These are skills that Daniela has honed in her former career and which she is now eager to leverage on her clients’ behalf.

Daniela has a passion for interacting with people: she is outgoing, friendly, extremely responsive, and intrinsically aware that “white-glove service” for her clients is everything! Daniela is now bringing these client relationship and negotiation skills to the real estate industry. She is excited to establish and strengthen new relationships and ensure the success of every transaction.

Daniela and her family reside in Fairfield where they enjoy going for long walks with their Boxer pup, strolling through downtown, or visiting Jennings Beach. She also loves the challenge of her Peloton bike and visiting friends and family around Connecticut.
