Elsa Mushkin is the Director of Operations for The Andrew and Amelia Team at Brown Harris Stevens, where she ensures every client experience is seamless and well-coordinated. She has always had a passion for real estate and brings valuable professional experience, along with her organizational skills and attention to detail, to support the team’s high standard of service.

A Tulane University graduate, Elsa combines ambition with empathy in her approach to operations. She thrives on helping clients feel supported throughout the buying or selling process, and she values building strong, trustworthy relationships with everyone she works with. Her focus is on making complex transactions run smoothly so the team’s clients can feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Especially familiar with the Upper West Side from time spent living there and frequent visits to the city throughout her life, Elsa has long held the goal of making Manhattan her home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on runs, and exploring new coffee spots around the city. Her dedication, reliability, and approachable nature make her an invaluable part of The Andrew and Amelia Team.
