Frank Assini’s financial background prepared him well for dealing with one of the largest potential transactions a client will make in their lives. A native New Yorker with 20 years experience in the credit markets, Frank has a deep understanding of what’s involved in a home purchase, sale and rental, and what the best solution would be for each individual situation.



As an experienced agent who works with many people relocating to Manhattan from all over the world for work, or those looking to invest in real estate, Frank has an excellent knowledge of the city’s swiftly changing neighborhoods to locate architectural gems that will grow in value. His background as a “hybrid” agent doing both sales and rentals also helps him to manage investment properties for owners seeking qualified renters.



Frank holds a B.S. degree from St. Francis College. He worked in treasury securities and in the secondary mortgage market before ultimately deciding to apply his client-focused service to real estate. Frank strives to build long-term relationships with those he represents, which often turn into friendships.
