Heidi Verster

Heidi Verster brings to Brown Harris Stevens a rich and fascinating professional background that encompasses both luxury real estate and luxury fashion.





Heidi began her real estate career at Edison Properties. There, she specialized in marketing, leasing, and property management, leading rental efforts at an Edison-owned property in lower Manhattan. Her accomplishments included successfully leasing over 75 units amid the COVID-19 pandemic, ultimately increasing overall occupancy from 50% to 95%.



Following her experience at Edison, Heidi decided to broaden her knowledge in real estate investment and valuation by securing her brokerage license, which she now utilizes at Brown Harris Stevens.





Prior to real estate, Heidi worked as an international model in high-end fashion and was represented by several prestigious agencies. Over the course of her modeling career, she helped launch campaigns for Giorgio Armani, Akris, Givenchy, and other leading labels. She now uses her eye for style and design to help stage and prepare homes for clients.



Always honest, loyal, and hardworking, Heidi views her clients as partners, and she is always willing to offer thoughtful advice or counsel. She works tirelessly to ensure they achieve their goals—be it finding a dream home or receiving the highest offer possible.





Born and raised in South Africa, Heidi is fluent in both English and Afrikaans. She enjoys exploring the world with her friends and family, as well as discovering new culinary experiences. She also enjoys staying active outdoors, arts and entertainment, and playing cards with her friends.
