This year I began the search for a new tenant in my apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I engaged the services of Inna Kalin and could not be more pleased. As a long distance landlord, I needed someone locally to find a tenant, handle the showings, and coordinate repairs in the apartment prior to renting. Inna was and is fantastic. She was able to present me with a number of interested tenants. Once we selected a tenant, she handled the background check, coordinated the preparation and signing of the rental agreement, and helped the new tenant move into the apartment. Most importantly she was able to provide me with a number of qualified handymen and repairmen to handle the repairs in the apartment. She coordinated the repairs, negotiated the fees, and was present to let the repairmen into the apartment and inspected their work. You will be hard-pressed to find a more motivated, professional, prompt, and engaging real estate agent. I recommend her without reservation. She is fantastic. –
