James "JW" Vitalone

In addition to earning an MBA, JW obtained a J.D. and later, a Diploma in Advanced International Legal Studies at the McGeorge School of Law in Salzburg, Austria. He went on to work for Wells Fargo as an investment manager before moving to Wachovia as an oil and gas industry Senior Equity Analyst. JW later became an oil and gas Managing Director with a boutique investment bank, where he originated and delivered more than $750 million in new-financing transactions.

Through a combination of his education and extensive professional experience, JW is able to consistently deliver on behalf of his clients, ensuring they obtain maximum value for their investments. For buyers, he utilizes proprietary tools to analyze the market and find ideal property matches. Sellers appreciate his negotiating prowess and ability to foresee market trends. Always organized and dependable, he maintains a steadfast commitment to his clients’ goals.

A resident of NYC since 2006, JW lived in the West Village before moving to Lincoln Square in 2020, where he currently resides with his wife, Donna, and rescued beagle Chloe. In his free time, James enjoys model sailboat racing on the Central Park sailboat pond, reading, and studying the cello. He is a member of REBNY and the CFA Institute.
