Her early career was spent within leading cultural and civic institutions, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New Museum, and the Museum of the City of New York, as well as White Cube in London. She further developed her understanding of the built environment through her work with the New York City Public Design Commission during the administration of Michael Bloomberg. At Crozier Fine Arts, she worked closely with prominent collectors, gaining fluency in the stewardship of high-value assets where discretion is paramount.
Janina holds degrees from Hunter College and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where her training in fine arts continues to inform her disciplined eye for space, proportion, and potential.
She began her real estate career within a top-producing team environment, contributing to over $150 million in transactions across prime Manhattan markets, as well as the Hamptons and notable Brooklyn townhomes. She now leads an independent advisory defined by precision, discretion, and a highly personalized advisory approach.
