Elise Witkin and Julie Smith, both Associate Brokers, are one of Brown Harris Stevens’ most successful real estate teams. They have been partners for over 30 years, resulting in over a billion dollars worth of sales. Since joining the company in the early 90s, Elise and Julie have been consistent members of the Producers Council, Gold Club, Platinum Circle as well as longtime members of The Real Estate Board of New York.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Elise served as Vice President for a prestigious public relations firm. She then went on to start her own personal shopping business. Elise currently lives on the Upper East Side.

A native New Yorker, Julie has a degree in Art History — which explains her unique understanding of residential architecture — and another in Psychology — which explains her empathy and understanding of what buyers and sellers go through in New York’s bewildering real estate market. Julie still lives on the Upper West Side with her family and their new puppy.
