My husband and I were only passively looking to Purchase our first home, unsure of what we could afford in this housing market, when Karen found a house that was surprisingly in our budget and the house of our dreams! As first-time buyers, we had a LOT of questions and she was always available to answer and extremely patient. The purchase of the home was difficult due to the sellers, but Karen stayed cool, calm and collected throughout the whole process, there for us until the very end. In fact, when a CO was needed to close a permit the day of the close, she went to town hall and made sure it got done so we could close on time! Karen went above and beyond for us and we are so thrilled to be in our forever home. -
