Kris Cochran

With over 20 years of experience as an Interior Designer, Kris brings a unique perspective to her career in Fairfield County real estate. A native of New Canaan, she has spent nearly four decades here, with a short time away while she studied at Parsons School of Design. Kris’ design background and ability to visualize a space’s potential give her an edge in real estate, while her decades of client experience equipped her with the know-how to meet clients’ needs. Even before she entered real estate, Kris would regularly look through new listings and sales in Fairfield County, comparing how the markets of each town differed and how trends shifted over the years. This market knowledge coupled with Kris’ familiarity with the area make her a valuable resource.



When working with seller clients, Kris uses her interior design expertise to advise on decluttering and getting the home ready for a stellar presentation. She also helps buyer clients see the unique qualities of a home that they might not have otherwise considered.

In her free time, Kris enjoys painting, designing, doing yoga, hiking with her family and dogs, and, most of all, she covets spending time with her family. Her son attends New Canaan High School and her daughter attends Saxe Middle School. Kris’ husband, who is also a long-time resident of New Canaan, works in New York City.
