Fourth-generation Palm Beacher, Lilly Leas Ferreira has roots that run deep on the island. As the granddaughter of Lilly Pulitzer, Lilly grew up immersed in the Palm Beach lifestyle. Lilly distinguishes herself not only as a top-producing Realtor but also as a trusted leader in the community. In 2023, Lilly was honored as Realtor of the Year and with more $175,000,000 in sales, she consistently ranks in the top 1.49% of agents nationwide by The Wall Street Journal RealTrends.
Prior to a career in real estate, Lilly graduated with a degree in Finance before launching and selling her first company. Following the sale of her public relations firm, Lilly received a full-merit scholarship to the University of Florida MBA program. Lilly returned to her hometown in 2019 with a commitment to her community. Lilly led the redevelopment of the historic Royal Poinciana Plaza, before joining Brown Harris Stevens.
Outside of real estate, Lilly serves as a Chairwoman for Future Wavemakers, a local nonprofit bringing environmental education and conservation into Florida schools. Lilly also wrote and published her first children’s book, Life and Lilly, which has already sold more than 10,000 copies.
