Luisa O’Hanlon provides her real estate clients with first-class service and guidance during one of life’s most major investment decisions, and offers creative solutions that lead to successful outcomes. She is refreshingly hardworking, results-driven, and as important, extremely attentive and loyal to the diverse clientele she represents.





Luisa specializes in residential real estates and rentals in New York, and in conjunction with her Brown Harris partners, in residential investment acquisitions as well. She started her real estate career at Compass and successfully helped buyers and sellers find their dream homes. With a background in lending solutions and corporate finance for over 30 years, she is highly analytical, financially savvy and detail oriented, and well accustomed to meeting the discerning needs of high-net-worth individuals.





When commencing her banking career, Luisa worked in the corporate finance group at J.P. Morgan focusing on Real Estate, European Multinationals and International Financing sectors. She was subsequently a Managing Director at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank responsible for providing credit advice to domestic and international families of substantial wealth, for both personal use and investment real estate properties. Her insightful knowledge, seasoned negotiating skills and expansive network are invaluable to her clients.

Born in Tuscany, Italy and raised in NYC, Luisa holds a BBA degree from Baruch College. She speaks conversational Italian, is married with two children, and has lived on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for three decades. Luisa is a member of REBNY, a volunteer at New York Cares, and a Licensed NY State Tax Preparer. She loves to cook and entertain, and believes we only have one life to live – “so be passionate and challenged, and have fun!”
