Meet Mark Brenton

Brenton Raymond is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NY. Born and raised in Miami, FL and Madison, CT, Brenton has always been extremely passionate about real estate, in particular the design phase. Having grown up in a family that invested in real estate he developed a keen eye at an early age. After graduating with a BBA with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Brenton moved to New York City to start a career in real estate. Since arriving, he has been involved in over $300 million in residential and commercial property transactions throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Connecticut, and South Florida.

Brenton is also the co-managing partner of a real estate investment firm, Pegasus Equities, that specializes in purchasing & developing multifamily & single-family properties in Brooklyn & Connecticut. Given his extensive knowledge in real estate, finance, and development he is able to provide his clients with unique insight into the market as well as creative financing solutions and deal structuring. Brenton is fully involved in every transaction at each stage of the process, protecting his clients’ interests above all else. Ultimately, his goal is to always assist his clients in finding their dream home while protecting their financial interests.

In his spare time, he loves to travel, play competitive soccer & tennis, cook (but mostly eat) French & Italian food, and spend time with his wife, children, and German Shepherds. Brenton resides mostly in Connecticut and travels regularly to Brooklyn and South Florida.
