Finding a home is as much an inward search as it is an outward one. Taking the time to listen and evolve with his clients guides Michael’s process and helps his clients find not only a home they love, but a sense of place and community that loves them back.



A lifetime in hospitality as a maître d’ has taught Michael the value of curating the experience. When James Beard was asked what his favorite restaurant was, he replied, “The one that loves me the most.”



Michael spent his career honing the skill of artful negotiation whether with the landlord and vendors in the opening of a new restaurant or the particulars of a guest’s requests.



“Accommodating special requests has made me loved by guests and loathed by chefs. It takes a special kind of negotiator to get a trained French chef to make a kid chicken fingers on a Saturday night.”
