Mona Beerman began her Greenwich real estate career filling a niche in the local marketplace as an advertising and web copywriter specializing in the marketing of luxury properties. A licensed real estate sales associate since 2004, Mona prides herself on caring equally for each client whether they are renting a townhouse or buying a waterfront estate on Long Island Sound. She understands that regardless of price point, home is home.

Dedicated to serving her clients, Mona is a multi-year recipient of Connecticut Magazine’s Five-Star Real Estate Agent award and is licensed to practice real estate in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, SmartMLS and Greenwich Multiple Listing Service.

Mona brings a professional background in marketing to Brown Harris Stevens with a prior career concentration in advertising and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. During her years in the Greenwich real estate business, she and her longtime colleague recognized the need for a descriptive guide to the many neighborhoods in town and responded with their first book, Greenwich: Cosmopolitan Style. A resident of Greenwich since 1987 who raised her family in town, Mona enjoys giving back to her community, serving as a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels and as a member of the NYU Alumni Association Board of Directors.
