Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Nancy became a Florida resident in 1968, and taught in elementary schools from Marion to Palm Beach County. After receiving her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Administration, she began her real estate career in 1982 with veteran Palm Beach Broker the late A. Parker Bryant who later sold his company to Merrill Lynch. Nancy’s multi-decade real estate career includes sales of notable Palm Beach and West Palm Beach houses, condominiums and vacant land, as well as management of family-owned rental properties from Jupiter to Lake Worth.
Nancy currently resides in downtown West Palm Beach at Trump Plaza and feels fortunate to live and work in the vibrant community she watched grow and flourish since her arrival. Nancy has two daughters, the youngest an avid equestrian. Her participation in Winter Equestrian Festival events further broadened Nancy’s area of expertise to include the local equestrian community which has now attained international recognition.
Nancy joined Brown Harris Stevens in the summer of 2014. In addition to re-energizing her real estate career, she is proud to support organizations including Susan G. Komen For the Cure, Arthur R. Marshall Foundation for the Everglades, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Nancy values her organizational and research skills, as well as her patience, perseverance and attention to detail. She looks forward to ensuring her clients’ satisfaction whether they are buying their dream homes or selling their existing treasures.
