With nearly 20 years in New York City real estate, Noah Dopkins brings a rare blend of industry savvy, warmth, and dedication to every client experience. After starting as an administrator at Brown Harris Stevens in 2005, he earned his license in 2007 and quickly became a trusted resource for several top-producing agents. His honest, hardworking nature and straight-forward approach continue to earn the trust of both clients and colleagues. After several years working with developers in South Florida’s fast-paced market, Noah is thrilled to be back at BHS in Manhattan, now partnering with his husband and longtime collaborator, Roy Beason. Together, they bring nearly four decades of combined experience to buyers and sellers, especially in the Upper West and Upper East Sides.
Noah is passionate about every facet of real estate—from building lasting relationships to crafting creative marketing strategies and helping buyers see the potential in every property. A native of Minnesota, he came to New York after working for Target Corporation in Minneapolis, where he honed his time management and team collaboration skills. At Brown Harris Stevens, he values the culture of excellence, top-tier support, and unwavering commitment to putting clients first.
Outside of work, Noah is a classically trained singer and amateur French horn player who enjoys taking in opera and symphony performances. He’s also a devoted dog dad to his Frenchton, Jackson, often found strolling through one of NYC’s many parks. Noah holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College in Minnesota and continues to sharpen his Spanish through travels in Latin America.
