Patricia "Patti" Grabow

As the newest member of the Greene/Rizk team, Patti Grabow brings a unique background to her work in real estate. Prior to joining BHS, she practiced as a licensed couple’s therapist which helped formulate a distinctive approach in real estate rooted in active listening and clear communication. She knows that caring about people and acquiring trust with clients, is intrinsic to success in achieving your real estate goals.




Believing that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal and emotional process, Patti emphasizes the importance of finding the right person who can listen to your needs and gently guide you through the process. Patti is known for her honesty, integrity and sense of humor believing that even in the most trying of times there is room for a laugh. She is motivated by the challenge of finding the right home at the right price for her clients. Whether assisting first-time home buyers, growing families, or seasoned investors, she is committed to making the real estate journey smooth, rewarding and fun!




Originally from Brooklyn, she has lived in NYC for over 30 years, buying and selling homes along the way. Her passions for art collecting, home renovation and design allow her to provide helpful counsel to clients as they showcase their home or create a vision for those in the market to buy The novelty of living in the city has never worn off and her love for the city is contagious allowing her to bring clients along for the joyful ride of finding a new home.




When she is not at work, you can find her on the pickleball court or with her family out in Fire Island. Patti holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and a graduate degree in social work from NYU.
