Phillip Gaynor built an exceptional reputation as a business leader through owning, operating, and scaling both public and private apparel manufacturing businesses for over 30 years. After achieving success with brand development, celebrity partnerships, and licensing, he decided to shift his focus to his two longtime passions: real estate and fitness.



With a career marked by trusted, long-term relationships with successful business professionals around the world, Phillip found the transition into commercial and residential real estate to be seamless. He is an expert at researching commercial sales and leasing development opportunities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, and the Hamptons. His client base is composed primarily of clients that require confidentiality. This includes Estate Litigation work with a trusted network of Attorneys and administrators, both commercial and residential, as well as government work that requires discretion. Phillip’s skills as an expert negotiator who sees potential where others cannot make him a natural fit in the competitive New York market.

Outside of Real Estate, Phillip is a fitness fanatic who has completed numerous marathons. He spent 12 years as a CrossFit athlete, enjoys competitive weightlifting, and serves as a nutrition expert for performance athletes. Phillip believes in the value of healthy, happy living from the home to diet and exercise

Phillip is a husband, a father to four successful children, and a grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren. He places a strong value on family, friends, and on helping his community whenever and however he can.
