We had an excellent experience listing our house, and we could not be happier with the choice of agent to represent us! Prior to meeting Monika and Robert, we had planned to list with another agent who had a great reputation for sales in our neighborhood. A neighbor knew we were going to list our house and highly recommended Monica and Robert because they represented him as a buyer on his house. We were hesitant, but chose to meet them. They had a great presentation, but what convinced us to go with them was their professionalism and knowledge of the market. No fluff, just straight talk and they asked many good questions.
