Drawing on a decade of marketing experience and a deep appreciation for New York’s architecture, Sarah Highet brings a thoughtful, high-touch approach to real estate. Before becoming an agent, she led content marketing teams at early-stage technology companies, work that sharpened her ability to build communities, communicate clearly, and make strategic business decisions. That foundation, together with her aesthetic sensibility and love for the city, shapes the attentive guidance she offers her clients.
Sarah’s interest in real estate began with her own experience buying, selling—and even renovating—co-op apartments. She knows about board processes, renovation approvals, and the emotional side of finding a home because she has navigated it all herself. With particular depth on the Upper East Side and familiarity across Manhattan and Brooklyn, she is especially drawn to working with first- and second-time buyers who want a steady, discerning advocate. Her background in marketing also helps sellers present their homes with clarity and intention, supported by a wide network across New York’s tech and arts communities.
Originally from Atlanta, Sarah moved to New York in 2017 after graduating with degrees in English and Art History from the University of Georgia. She later trained as a docent at both the Met and the Whitney Museum—experiences that continue to inform her eye for architecture and design. She lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and their whippet and spends her free time practicing yoga, visiting galleries, and walking her dog through Central Park.
