Stephen Kolka spent ten years in finance and tech, where he learned how to spot patterns and make sense of data. Today, he uses that skill to help clients understand the New York real estate market and make confident decisions.
Originally from Suffern, New York, Stephen grew up spending time in Manhattan and was drawn early to the city’s energy. He graduated from Syracuse University and later earned his Executive MBA from Binghamton University while working full time.
Stephen focuses on how people live in their homes. Having lived in many different New York apartments- from East Side one-bedrooms converted for three to Williamsburg lofts and waterside residences- he understands what makes a space functional, comfortable, and livable.
He lives in Williamsburg with his husband and serves on the junior board of Culture for One, supporting foster youth and access to the arts. In his free time, he often travels to Los Angeles and enjoys exploring new spaces while returning to the places that feel like home.
