Terry Lamb has over 20 years of experience helping buyers find that special apartment and helping sellers obtain the best possible price for their prized property. A long time Upper East Side resident, Terry is especially knowledgeable about her neighborhood. Terry prides herself on her feel for the area, “I think I virtually know it block by block!” She also has an intimate understanding of the community – the result of having a daughter who graduated from PS 6 (a renowned city public school), and The Spence School (an excellent private institution). However, her knowledge of New York City as a whole is extensive and she has successfully sold and rented real estate from downtown Manhattan to Harlem and beyond.

Prior to real estate, Ms. Lamb was involved in both the film and recording industries, working with independent commercial directors and a number of record labels. She changed careers in 1984 and has developed a broad real estate background, having worked on-site, as a business broker, and in residential sales.
