I (Ethan) and my mother (Kelly) have worked with Ashley through the search for an apartment in New York as I begin a new job in August. She was extremely dedicated to our search throughout the week. We came out to the city from Ohio and put in countless hours both during the work day and after in order to ensure we were taken care of and all our needs and desires were met. Even though Ashley normally does not work with renters, she was extremely knowledgeable about the rental market and was able to thoroughly explain the details to non-natives like us so we were able to understand the market better. Ashley is extremely personable and enjoyable to be around, which made our experience even greater. She was also on top of all documents through the application process, which was no easy feat considering I have not started my job yet and my guarantor is self-employed. She did everything possible to make sure she chose great buildings to view and even adjusted the schedule to accommodate some buildings I had specifically requested to see. In the future as I hopefully move from renting to purchasing I will definitely be using Ashley again. I would highly encourage anyone considering working with a broker to work with Ashley as you will have a great experience from beginning to end!! --
