Tina DeRico calls upon her proven sales and analytical capabilities developed over a 20+ year career in the financial world, along with an intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and buildings, to successfully navigate the complex New York City real estate market. She does this with one goal in mind – to obtain for her clients the best possible price in the shortest period of time with a minimal amount of fuss.
At Brown Harris Stevens, a highly respected brokerage firm with a worldwide reach, Tina works alongside some of the top real estate agents in NYC. Along with her own expertise and insight, she leverages these resources to bring buyers and sellers together, achieving their real estate goals.
Tina believes her clients and their best interests should be top priority at all times; it is what drives her to work towards the best possible outcome. Having raised the bar on results-driven customer service, she has earned a reputation for being responsive and attentive, and for obtaining those desired results. She does this through a dedication to listening, communicating, and following through towards the client’s goals and needs. This understanding, along with a warm and professional personality, has resulted in a consistent track record and drawn a loyal clientele. Their referrals and repeat business have helped to carve her success and have resulted in long-lasting professional and personal relationships.
A graduate of Manhattanville College and a former Upper West Side resident, Tina now resides on the Upper East Side. She has lived in NYC for over 30 years as a renter, an owner, and a landlord and has experienced the purchase, sales, and renovation process first-hand. Along with her passion for the real estate market, Tina also enjoys playing tennis, decorating, and gardening. Additionally, she is a regular patron of Broadway (both on and off) and of the NYC museum circuit. A love of traveling and culture has taken her around the globe to places such as China and South Africa, with her love of adventure leading her to climb Mt. Rainier. In her free time, she also enjoys visiting the beaches on Long Island’s East End, the country in Westchester, and the ballfield-- where "Let’s Go Mets" is a frequent cry. A foodie at heart, Tina is often a resource for great restaurant recommendations.
