Usman Khan

Usman Khan is committed and passionate about finding the best home for each of his clients. Raised in New York, Usman has lived in a multitude of neighborhoods ranging from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Most recently, he has called Lincoln Square his home for over a decade. Usman’s thorough knowledge of the city, combined with his empathetic nature, make him thoroughly equipped to counsel clients through transactions of all types.



Prior to real estate, Usman was a successful filmmaker and worked on projects all over the world, from New York to Abu Dhabi and beyond. The experience allowed him to generate a global network of connections, and he is always ready and willing to work with clients coming to New York City from overseas.



In his free time, Usman loves to explore and photograph the diverse neighborhoods of New York, DJ events, and take long and frequent walks in Central Park with his dog, Layla.
