Babette Krolik

Babette Krolik  is General Counsel to Terra Holdings, LLC, the nation's largest privately held real estate holding company, which  owns and operates  prominent  New York City real estate service firms, including Brown Harris Stevens residential brokerage and management companies.

Babette Krolik  is General Counsel to Terra Holdings, LLC, the nation’s largest privately held real estate holding company, which  owns and operates  prominent   New York City real estate service firms, including  the Halstead and Brown Harris Stevens  residential brokerage and management companies and the Vanderbilt insurance and appraisal companies.  Halstead and Brown Harris Stevens also operate in the Hamptons, southern Connecticut, northern New Jersey, and southern Florida. She previously was Counsel to Zeckendorf Realty, L.P., General Counsel to the New York City Housing Development Corporation and Associate Counsel to the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships.  She  began her career with positions with the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and is a graduate of Brandeis University, the Northeastern University School of Law and holds a masters degree from the University of Southern California.
