Ben Willig brings over 18 years of experience as a top performing agent, executive leader, coach and strategist in the New York City market. Known for his ability to develop high-performing teams and mentor agents into thriving entrepreneurs, Ben specializes in driving growth through clear systems, consistent execution and a people-first approach.



Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Ben served as Director of Sales at 2 companies, where he helped architect the company’s sales and agent development platforms. The results have been multiple million dollar producers coached and growing these companies to one of the top performing brokerages in NYC. He founded The Willig Collaborative, a boutique consulting and coaching firm focused on scaling leaders, teams, and trust across the real estate industry.



Ben has coached hundreds of agents and managers across all stages of their careers, from new entrants to top producers. His work emphasizes long-term sustainability, strategic vision, and cultivating leadership at every level of an organization. In his role at BHS, Ben partners closely with the Downtown offices, company leadership and agents to support business development, culture-building and strategic initiatives.



A graduate of the Trinity College, Ben is also a real estate and private equity investor, endurance athlete and dedicated husband and father. He brings a unique blend of energy, empathy and operational insight to everything he does.
